Naturally pre-cooked snails.  Supplied in 5 kg packs. Refrigerated between 0 and 5ºC.  Ready to be cooked to the consumer’s taste without losing a single drop of their freshness or flavour. Snails are introduced into boiling water for a short space of time. With this we get are out of its shell for optimal consumption and maintain intact all of its properties.
