All of our recipes are home-made, created by our
head chef Óscar Manuel Berbel Paño, using 100% natural ingredients and preservative-free. We create recipes adapted to different regional gastronomic traditions. We love to invent new ways of cooking snails and gradually incorporate these into our cookbook.
